What is OpsHugger?¶

OpsHugger is a comprehensive operations management platform designed for IT teams who need to:

• Manage problems and their root causes
• Document operational procedures in runbooks
• Keep customer and contact information organized
• Monitor SLAs and response times
• Stay notified about critical events

Current Status¶

OpsHugger is currently in early development. We're building the foundation and rolling out features incrementally.
